Role Description - Act as a creative and business partner—developing goals, strategies, and projects. - Communicate with label and publisher, booking agencies, sync agencies, and other business related inquiries. - Co-manage social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok), create posts, and document analytics.Preferred Qualifications - Experience with jazz, r&b, and hip hop markets. - Experience communicating on behalf of a brand, especially with booking agents, talent buyers, sync agents, and other business associates. - Experience managing social media accounts, documenting and analyzing analytics, and running promotional ads. - Experience writing about music.Agreement Overview - 20% commission on all gross revenue, including but not limited to: Recorded music sales and royalties (master, mechanical, performance, publishing), licensing fees (sync, retail), live performance fees, and merchandise sales.
